Legal Compliance

ITM Care Connect™ operates as a referral and marketing platform and does not provide medical, legal, or clinical services. We comply with Florida Statutes Chapters 400, 408, and 429, as well as the Florida Patient Brokering Act (§817.505). All referral fees are paid by providers and are not based on insurance or government reimbursement.
